The breakfast was a buffet bonanza with plenty of choice, and the Italian spot next door, Il Duomo, is a must-try—authentic flavors that hit the spot! Our room had a stunning sea view and a kitchenette, perfect for a culinary explorer like me.

The hot water situation was a bit of a buzzkill after a few minutes in the shower. Plus, extras like drinks had to be paid for as you went, which felt a tad inconvenient.

Nice spacious apartment for the fam, super close to the beach. Staff were amazing, especially Ana at the restaurant—full on sweetheart with the kids! Brekkie was lekker, even though it got a bit same-same after a few days.

Pool was a bit dirty during the day, didn’t get cleaned until morning.

Hot water was also inconsistent, leaving showers too brief. The hotel atmosphere felt crowded, and there was insufficient privacy due to balcony arrangements.

Just a strong match for a fleeting trip in Playa del Ingles, with extraordinarily good value for money. The room was upgraded to a lovely studio with a kitchenette and a view that made mornings great. Pick a room away from the entertainment area for quieter nights.
